I provide affirming and evidence-based mental health services across Minnesota and beyond. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in meeting you where you are. Therapy with me is a space where your identities, experiences, and values are respected and affirmed. My goal is to help people move toward what matters most to them — even in the presence of difficult thoughts, emotions, or experiences.
Dr. Eadeh is a licensed psychologist in Minnesota and authorized to provide psychological services under PSYPACT in eligible states.
My approach
I am trained in several evidence-based modalities, including
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Behavioral Activation
Motivational Interviewing
I most enjoy working from an ACT perspective, which focuses on helping people develop psychological flexibility—the ability to make space for difficult thoughts and emotions while moving toward the values and relationships that matter most.
I work with each client to build an individualized treatment plan, with care that is responsive to each person’s experiences and that respects and affirms their identities, values, and goals. I am committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive care, and I especially value working with LGBTQ+ individuals and people of color, whose experiences are often shaped by broader social and cultural contexts.
I can also provide letters of support for individuals seeking gender-affirming medical care, which includes a brief diagnostic assessment.
I currently provide services on limited evening and weekend hours. I do not provide emergency or crisis services.

FAQ
Who do you work with?
I currently provide individual therapy via telehealth for young adults (ages 18–29) and therapy for caregivers of LGBTQ+ youth located in Minnesota or a PSYPACT participating state. I specialize in LGBTQ+ mental health, anxiety, trauma, and mood, and welcome clients from all backgrounds seeking affirming, evidence-based care.
What is PSYPACT?
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT®) is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology and the temporary in-person, face-to-face practice of psychology across state boundaries. I hold an active E.Passport and Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) through PSYPACT, which allows me to provide telepsychology services across participating states. Per the Minnesota board of psychology, Minnesota adopted PSYPACT pursuant to SF 193 (92nd Leg.) in 2021. For the most up to date information about participating states, click here.
Do you see children and teens?
While I have expertise working with LGBTQ+ youth and their families, I’m not currently seeing clients under age 18. I hope to offer these services soon — feel free to check back for updates.
How long does therapy last?
The length of therapy varies based on each client's needs and goals, and we’ll make those decisions collaboratively. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, and I typically work with clients for short-term therapy (around 10–24 sessions). If you are looking for longer-term supportive counseling, I may not be the best fit for you.
What do your letter of support sessions look like?
Letter of support sessions for gender-affirming care follow WPATH Standards of Care (Version 8). These sessions are typically 90 minutes and are focused on support and access, not gatekeeping. If you have questions, please reach out via email or the inquiry form.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes - all sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant, telehealth platform. I am not offering in person services at this time.
What can I expect from the first session?
If we decide to move forward after the free consultation call, you will be scheduled for your first session (typically 50-60 minutes). During the initial session we will complete a diagnostic assessment which involves a more structured conversation to review your concerns and goals, mental health history, and learn more about you as a person including important identities and cultural factors. A diagnostic assessment helps guide an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan. I will also share more about my approach to ensure we are a good fit.
