I strive to create a safe and affirming space by meeting clients where they are and supporting them in working toward personally meaningful goals. I am equally committed to my own ongoing learning — especially in cultivating multicultural humility and responsiveness in my practice.
Working with Dr. Eadeh
My approach is goal-oriented and I am trained in evidence-based modalities including:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
As needed, I use skills from dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches to provide individualized care that respects and affirms each client’s identities, values, and goals.
Currently, I provide goal-oriented, short-term, individual therapy to young adults (ages 18-29) who are experiencing:
Anxiety concerns, including excessive worry and social anxiety
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
Trauma-related symptoms and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Depression and mood difficulties
Stress related to marginalization, discrimination, or navigating systemic oppression
In addition, I have expertise in working with parents of LGBTQ+ youth who may need support navigating being an affirming and resilient parent in this complex sociopolitical environment.
I can also provide letters of support for those wanting to access gender-affirming medical procedures; this would include a brief diagnostic assessment.
Individual psychotherapy (adults 18-29) or parents of gender diverse youth via telehealth:
Initial Intake (diagnostic assessment): $250
Ongoing sessions (50 minutes): $225
Letters of Support for individuals 18+ seeking gender-affirming medical care
90 minute session + letter: $250
I am currently an out-of-network provider. A superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan and benefits.
Clinical services offered through MarLu Health are provided by Dr. Eadeh, an independently licensed psychologist, currently contracting with Jaclyn Kamradt, PhD, PC.

FAQ
Who do you work with?
I currently provide individual therapy for young adults (ages 18–29) and therapy for caregivers of LGBTQ+ youth located in Minnesota or a PSYPACT participating state. I specialize in LGBTQ+ mental health, anxiety, trauma, and mood, and welcome clients from all backgrounds seeking affirming, evidence-based care.
What is PSYPACT?
The Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT®) is an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology and the temporary in-person, face-to-face practice of psychology across state boundaries. I hold an active E.Passport and Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) through PSYPACT, which allows me to provide telepsychology services across participating states. Per the Minnesota board of psychology, Minnesota adopted PSYPACT pursuant to SF 193 (92nd Leg.) in 2021. For the most up to date information about participating states, click here.
Do you see children and teens?
While I have expertise working with LGBTQ+ youth and their families, I’m not currently seeing clients under age 18. I hope to offer these services soon — feel free to check back for updates.
How long does therapy last?
The length of therapy varies based on each client's needs and goals, and we’ll make those decisions collaboratively. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, and I typically work with clients for short-term therapy (around 10–24 sessions). If you are looking for longer-term supportive counseling, I may not be the best fit but can support with referrals.
What do your letter of support sessions look like?
Letter of support sessions for gender-affirming care follow WPATH Standards of Care (Version 8). These sessions are typically 90 minutes and are focused on support and access, not gatekeeping. If you have questions, please reach out via email or the inquiry form.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes - all sessions are held via a secure, HIPAA-compliant, telehealth platform. I am not offering in person services at this time.
What can I expect from the first session?
If we decide to move forward after the free consultation call, you will be scheduled for your first session (typically 50-60 minutes). During the initial session we will complete a diagnostic assessment which involves a more structured conversation to review your concerns and goals, mental health history, and learn more about you as a person including important identities and cultural factors. A diagnostic assessment helps guide an accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment plan. I will also share more about my approach to ensure we are a good fit.
